Let me tell you a little bit about myself. I have over 11+ years experience in the mortgage business. More specifically, the sub-prime mortgage business. Sub prime mortgage loans are the ones for people with problem credit, limited money for down payments and/or closing costs. I’ve been able to accomplish this by creating a company called Genneva Properties, LLC. Genneva Properties, LLC has 5 divisions. One of our divisions is called homes-u-rent-2-own. Homesurent2own offers single family homes in Cambria, Somerset, Indiana, Bedford, and Blair Counties to tenant/buyers who have bruised credit and limited funds, using our lease/option purchase program. These properties are available on a first come, first served basis and the tenant/buyer has up to 12 months before they have to exercise their rights to purchase the property for a pre-determined price.
