Homesurent2own, a division of Genneva Properties, LCC, offers teant/uyers the opportunity to purchase a single family home in Cambria, Somerset, Indiana, Beford, and Blair Counties, Pennsylvania. Because of our liberal, easy qualifying terms, we offer an alternate way for tenants with credit problems and/or limited money for a down payment to purchase a home using the lease/option purchase program. The lease/option purchase program allows tenants to rent a home for up to 12 months, then exercise the right to purchase the property for a pre-determined amount. We offer all of our available properties on a first come, first served basis.
